Welcome Trams Back Office User!

Here’s a bit of background..

graspCLOUD is a cloud-based service that hosts our back-office system, Trams, providing access from anywhere with an internet connection. It offers flexibility, allowing remote access and control over employee system use. graspCLOUD is designed with the travel industry in mind, ensuring reliability and security tailored to our needs. Additionally, it eliminates the need for costly hardware upgrades by converting capital expenses into predictable monthly operational costs, ultimately improving our cash flow and financial management.

The transition is 98% seamless.

You simply click on the shortcut on your desktop labeled Trams Back Office to initiate the login process.

After doing so you may be met with a “Windows Security: Enter your credentials” window if this is your first time logging into the system or if your password has expired and the system needs your new one.

When you see this window STOP!!

This gray box is asking for your GraspCLOUD credentials so you can login to the server.

By default Windows tries to use your Windows PIN to login.

Since there is no link between Windows and GraspCLOUD so this will NEVER work!

To correct this you'll need to click on More choices and then enter your CLOUD credentials to log onto the CLOUD server.

Once you're successfully logged into the server you should see your app.

NOTE: If prompted again for credentials use your credentials specific to that application (NOT YOUR GRASP CLOUD).
