Grasp CLOUD is the hosted server that Trams lives on, so you'll connect to that before you actually get to the Trams login screen. The Trams Back Office (TBO) shortcut on your desktop will take you through the process.
Logging into Trams Back Office
- First log into the server, using your Grasp CLOUD credentials. (hint: username is cloud\{firstinitial}{lastname})
NOTE: If this screen ever shows your email address or asks for a PIN, click More choices and then other so you can type in your CLOUD username and password. There is NO PIN for Grasp CLOUD. Attempting to reset this will reset your computer login PIN and potentially lock you out of your computer. 
Second the Trams (TRES) login page appears. Use your Trams credentials to log in here.
Note: Be sure to set the Alias Name to Trams to access the proper database.
