Quarterly, your Grasp Cloud password will expire and need to be reset.
Please keep an eye out for password expiration emails from GraspCLOUD. you will begin receiving 14 days prior to your password expiring. Resetting your password in advance prevents you from having to reset your password in a pinch!
Click the Self-Service Password Reset Utility External Link to begin the reset process.
If you did not receive this email, and you find your CLOUD password is not working it may be due to an expired password.
To reset your CLOUD password
- Click this link: https://ssp.grasptech.com/showLogin.cc
- Enter your cloud username, and click Continue.
- NOTE: your username is cloud\{lastname}{firstinitial}, for example if your name is John Doe your username will be: cloud\jdoe
- You will be presented with two options and click Continue.
- Choose Email Verification if you do not have nor know the answers to your Security Questions.
Logging in Afterwards..
On your next login, you will need to ensure your entering your new CLOUD credentials, and not a PIN.
(if it asks you for one, you need to click on More Choices and then other or else you will lock out your computer login!)
- First log into the server, using your Grasp CLOUD credentials.
- (remember: your username is cloud\{firstinitial}{lastname})
If needed click More choices and then other so you can type in your CLOUD username and password.
