- On your phone, select the 'Home' button
- Navigate to 'Settings'
- 'Advanced' >
- 'Administration Settings' >
- 'Network Configuration' >
- Provisioning Server >
- 'DHCP Menu'.
- In the DHCP menu, select 'Boot Server' and change it to 'Static'.
- Select the 'OK' soft key, then the 'Back' soft key. You should now be on the 'Provisioning Server Menu'.
- Select 'Server Type' and change it to 'HTTPS'.
- Scroll to the 'Server Address' field, select it, then use the << softkey or the X key to delete the current value, if any. Click the keyboard icon in the upper right corner and enter pp.ringcentral.com/pp into the field. Tap the checkmark to save.
- Scroll to the 'Server User' field, select it, then use the << softkey or the X key to delete the current value, if any. Tap the 'OK' softkey to accept the changes.
- Scroll to the Server Password field, select it, then use the << softkey or the X key to delete the current value, if any. Tap the 'OK' softkey to accept the changes.
- Now select 'Back' to save the configuration, and 'Back' again to exit. Select 'OK' to Save Config, and the phone will reboot.
The configuration is now complete. Your phone should now be rebooting and will provision itself with RingCentral on reboot. If you are having trouble you can try this wizard again, double-checking the serial number and that the provisioning URL was entered correctly.
